  • Shipping & Delivery
  • McKnickers employs a simple shipping and delivery methodology: Fixed price shipping. All orders up to the total purchase price of $200.00 will cost $11.95. All orders from $200.01 to $500.00 will cost $19.95. Lastly, all orders totaling over $500.01 will result in a shipping charge of $34.95. All orders received will be shipped within 24 hours of purchase. International destinations are charged a $30.00 surcharge for delivery.

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. McKnickers is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.


  • Return Policy
  • Something wrong with your order? We check all items in outgoing orders for visible defects and accuracy before being sent out. If you find that we’ve missed something we will gladly replace the item or give you store credit towards another item. If you’ve received a damaged item, or the wrong item was sent to you, please write us within 7 days of the delivery date and let us know the issue with your order and we will take care of it ASAP . If you have any questions please write us for instructions. Please email us at support@mcknickers.com. Please allow up to 72 hours for responses to return queries. Need to return an item? We would like to do everything that we can to ensure that you are pleased with your purchases. If you find that an item or items from your order did not work out for you, please refer to your invoice for instructions or contact us via email or phone at 1-888-569-3572.   Items eligible for a return: Items cannot be returned if they have been actively worn, or washed. Items that have been worn or washed and are returned to us will be disposed of, and no credit will be issued. Any items still new in package are eligible for store credit or refund. Items taken out and then put back in their package will not be considered "new in package". Store credit will be provided. Shipping charges are not refundable.
